About Our Client

Our client is one of the Big4 Accounting Firm. They are currently looking to hire highly motivated and dynamic leader, who can add some values to their Advisory - Transaction Services business.

Job Description
  • Responsible to lead the team and perform complex analysis to the client
  • You will be required to have experience and expertise in accounting advisory services - having advised on the accounting implications for complex transactions including IPO, M&A, group reorganizations and finance transformations.
  • You will also take ownership for development of the team and in setting budget goals and driving to meet budgeted performance
  • Identify the issue and solve the problems by delivering excellent client experience
  • Offer the most suitable solutions for the client
  • Look up for new business opportunities and bring in new projects
  • Work closely with client to update the work progress and suggest effective decision
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 5+ years of consulting or other relevant experience in a Big 4 firm. Exposure to handled financial services client is beneficial.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business studies, accounting or finance;
  • Mandatory qualifications: The following qualification(s) are mandatory for the candidate to perform the role: CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA;
  • The candidate will be achievement oriented with the ability to be flexible and adaptive on a daily basis.
  • Have a business development mindset - with a focus on winning work and building the pipeline for the Advisory services.
  • The candidate will be able to work independently and lead and inspire a team of junior team members with a fast pace and a high energy that will translate into a high quality output;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate junior team members;
  • Excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines - including managing multiple projects and opportunities;
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
